You can always tell the "Geek Squad" or someone at a Micro Center to do it for you but it's a real easy swap. Nothing wrong with paying someone else to do it 😂 It's how I have a job.

Feel free to reach out, I do this stuff for fun 😂

My advice? Get a cheap Windows 10 key, google how to make a USB boot drive, and just do a clean install after saving everything you want to save somewhere safe.

Or ; just get two 32-GB ram sticks and swap them out for double your RAM.

As an IT person I must say we don't usually tell people that Registry Cleaners are good - because you can ROYALLY fuck your computer. But if you're interested:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oT4...

It basically gets into the guts of your computer and cleans up bloat, but as I said, it can mess up stuff.

Based on this image you have 32GB of RAM, you can download a program called CPU-Z and it will tell you the specs of all your parts. If it doesn't show multiple RAM sticks yeah one might just be dying. I can't tell what the RAM was on the first image so I'm not sure.

It's VERY possible to keep up with it. Registry cleaners can usually get it as long as you keep up with it. And you can of course clone your old boot drive.

But as someone who builds PC I've seen it both ways. Everyone's experience is different.

(part 3) Also, while Avira is very good anti-virus, I've been told it does have some bloatware, which could also be causing issues.

(part 2) You COULD do a C-drive clean, go through all your programs and just spam-uninstall everything and it might help, but honestly based on your task manager, the best advice I can give you is to do a do a complete Windows overhaul/re-install.

(IT person here) Sometimes your PC just gets some much "bloat" it's best to save all your stuff to a extra hard-drive and do a clean Windows install / Wipe the whole thing. Seems to be the case here. (part 1)
