Well, wait, his white t-shirt is sort of see-through, so maybe he doesn't look as wet because he has so much gel in the very short hair he has. That's probably it. I can't imagine they'd take the time to photoshop two people kissing. Although, to be fair, he's smiling and in the foreground and she's tilting her head to the side and like kissing his rear (to camera, not his butt) cheek. So, honestly, it's anyone's guess at this point.
