The trust fund is not going bankrupt anytime soon, unless wall street goons succeed in raiding it. But raising or removing the contribution cap would help keep it funded much longer.

Restore the top marginal rate. We didn't have massive budget deficits until the top marginal rate was cut.

I went to log into my SSA account today and they wanted me to agree to an updated terms of service. Take a look at that last bullet point. I wish I could cross-reference with the terms from Feb 1st.

The Social Security online services has a new terms of service. I am fairly certain that last point is new, but I don't have the previous terms from Feb 1 to compare.

Why do I have to agree that the SSA is not responsible for improper disclosure of info due to the wrongful acts of others?

The last bullet point has been highlighted in the screenshot.
