This is my concern. Nothing was legal in the first strike. The OLC memo isn’t governing law (at least at his point), and was released three days after this strike. We are not at war; this is murder. And even if we were at war, these are not legit targets.
And pretty much everyone knows that.

What did you see, Admiral Bradley, that indicated to you that they were continuing their previous activities? What specific actions did they take to show that they weren’t hors de combat and they needed to be eliminated in order for you to safely finish your mission? Simple question.

Without prejudice against the government if it fixes the problems, properly appoints a US Attorney, and again asks a grand jury to indict Comey and James.
