James Leprino is the only Billionaire I think I've ever met in person. He had orchestrated a cowgirl day at his ranch for a young girl's Make-a-Wish day, and I was their minibus driver for the day. He was kind and thoughtful in every interaction I witnessed. He died on Thursday at 87.
The only picture I have with James Leprino in it (silver hair, brown jacket) taken inside the riding arena at his ranch West of Denver. A small crowd is gathered around a round pen in the middle of the indoor arena with a horse saddled and ready to ride. A ranch vehicle is parked nearby. The Presidential Worldwide Transportation minibus James' donation paid for to bring the Make-a-Wish family and their friends to the cowgirl day at James Leprino's ranch. It's a white 45 passenger minibus parked in a dirt area between white fences against a foggy forest backdrop. A dining area ajoining the riding arena decorated for the cowgirl day, with two La-Z-Boy recliners on an elevated viewing stand overlooking the arena behind two tables. The room is entirely walled in wood paneling. An Old West façade complete with a bank and a jail for photos and play inside the dining area ajoining the arena.

WTF is going on over on LinkedIn? I can't tell if this is sarcasm, or if it's a serious post.

Because from the employee's perspective, these ideas are abhorrant.
