Wanna know what it’s like to find help these days? We have 2 positions open. We invited about 15 people per job opening to come in for an interview. We’re lucky if half actually show up. Most of the time they just ghost. Then we deal with this.

Was on PL Fanzone today to discuss #BHAFC v Crystal Palace rivalry. The host glossed over the entire rivalry only asking why I thought we were conceding late goals against Leicester & Wolves. Only thing I could say was we are vulnerable on right side. It’s true. Oh well, doubt I’ll be asked back on
