Who knew that I enjoy when Doctor Who (or spinoffs) do character driven stories with effective political allegories? I wasn't expecting this to hook me so well. "Well it's not going to be a Children of Earth is it?" I thought, derisively. I'm right of course but i was expecting much much worse.

1) I do not like Plasma and I love (extended and themed) GNOME and every time I have attempted to give Plasma a chance I have bounced off of it super fast, and 2) my entire system is entrenched in GNOME and GTK and switching is not as simple as it seems.
