Could well by a C6 injury in your neck. I know from experience.

For trail runs. Couple of wet wipes in a zip bag. Always take two buffs in case of emergency. Doc leaves are a good natural wipe. Especially if covered in morning dew. For non runners think wtf. It happens more than you think.

I get it straight after a long run, 15 miles or more. I reckon, it's just endorphins to numb the muscle pain. Once did a 32 mile training run and was properly buzzing for hours after.

For livestock farmers, you can litterally install panels that allow livestock to graze underneath them. Double income for the same piece of land.

Think if Badenoch of Farage had said the exact same thing. There would be no mental gymnastics involed to second guess what was said. It would rightly be called out. I'm a Labour voter but they have no answers. Beginning of the end for Starmer.

Eh! Cutting the interest rates means there is confidence in the economy so the "crazy budget" is slowly and surely having an impact. Other than the heating allowance. The budget clearly shows fiscal responsibility. Or did you forget why the interest rates went up in the first place?

My organisation doesn't even allow users to change the desktop background. Let alone install and configure apps. Unbelievable that this is possible on pentagon desktops. Signal isn't the issue. Being able to install anything, is.

We had a hospital emergency when our daughter was around 6 years old. She had to stay with grandparents for a few days. She's 20 now and still remembers with fondness, eating Quavers and ice cream for breakfast and a kitkat for lunch. Both grandparents are gone now so even more of a happy memory.

Good to see it going in the right direction after 50. The early GenX are the rave generation. It was all about equality and respect and a fierce loyalty. All that carries through to today.

It's a meme stock. Way over valued and if it traded against fundamentals, the share price would be under a 100. It's been inflated by bedroom traders buying fractional shares. What's the old saying? "When the shoeshine guy starts talking stocks, it's time to get out of the market" cautionary tale.

I'm not as well off as I used to be but I know actual poor people. I know what it's like to grow up on free school meals etc. Compared to where I came from I'm not poor.

I grew up on a council estate, I'm working class through and through but i earn what would be considered a middle class salary. Yes, things are expensive but I have a house, a car, a personal pension, savings and I can put the heating on and eat at the same time. I'm not poor.
