Winter always makes me sleepy. We’re still cave people, evolutionarily speaking. Until 150 years ago, our activity was aligned with the sun. Winter was a time of darkness, and thus, a time to rest. To hibernate. We’re not built for this capitalistic life. I’m envious of my cat’s restful existence

Take good care of your nervous system, dear friends. Get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet but don’t avoid chocolate because that would be sad. Breathe. Deeply. Meditate. Spend time outdoors. Take good care of you
