I am def sure about on of the two, who is rarely hungry and eats small portions and is easily full.
So in his care he kept saying how good it was.
The other one, I guess was really hungry. Hahahaa

I added some extra veggies in the sause. Used blood orange, no peel, less sugar, more ginger and garlic. So tastes a bit different. But that is how I like it.
Made a bit thicker by adding a bit more maizena. And water to make the portion more.

Fry the tofu.

Steam your vegetables. Till the taste you want.

Serve rice with tofu add sauce, on top you add vegetables, decorate with chilo flakes and sesame seeds!

Enjoy!

(Taste and try more ginger, les skin, les sugar, more salt or garlic. Experiment till you perfected it)

Bring to boil for about 15 min while stirring. When thickening add rest of juice/maizena. Leave on low temp for 6 min or so and then put a side (turn heat off)

Tofu cut in nice squares. Hussle in a bowl with salt and rest of maizena. Warm up big frying pan, add sunflower oil with sesame oil and

Basmati rice for four
2 spring onions
1 tbls sesame seeds (warm m up)
1 gram of chili flakes

Press tofu 1-2 hours
|
Half orange juice in a bowl with 1,5 tbls maizena, stir and put aside.

Add rest juice with brown sugar, tamari/soy, ginger, chopped garlic, and trasp orange skin in a pan

750 gram firm tofu
240 ml fresh (blood) orange
80g maizena (1,5 tbl spoon extra separate)
2 tbls brown fine sugar
1 tbls soysaus (tamarin)
1 tbl fresh ginger grinded
2/4 garlic cloves
1 tbls rasp of orange skin
2 tbls vegetal oil (sunflower or coconut)
1 broccoli (add other vegetables you like)
