It’s apparently a good sign that she could still move her eye and that we got her there within three hours but I don’t think I’ll be able to rest until the stitches come out in two weeks and they can assess her for any permanent damage

She didn’t seem to be distressed or in pain and we live a few blocks from the emergency vet and took her there immediately after it happened. the surgery to put her eye back in was quick and the vet was impressed by how well she handled everything
