The provisions contain Labor-HHS Bill SEC 247 and CJS Bill 573 that will try and remove any federal funds for sex reassignment surgery and HRT by preventing federal funds to go to healthcare facilities actively making them to not treat people with gender affirming care in order to keep federal funds

All of this is predicated on the idea that Newsom is such a great candidate that we need him to win in 2028. Well, if he's that good he'll be able to clean up in the primaries without us. I don't think he is, though, which is why his fans are so insecure and desperate to blame us intransigent trans
