Whenever I've called PayPal and brought up issues with adult content they have always asked me first if I'm engaging in selling it through my account. Paypal wants to know if it can target you when you question its policies.
I like how you, as a NSFW creator, need to seek permission - but doing so obviously puts you on their radar and risks getting shit-canned just for trying to be "legit" about it
