Oh yeah its nothing anaphylactic
But its in alot of Asian marinades/brown sauces and it make my stomach cramp so bad
Feels like I haven't eaten in ages.
I could come out of a kbbq stuffed only to feel a void in my stomach.
Literally the only way to make it ease up is to eat something...
