Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented.

Moulton: He doesn’t have any sons or daughters who served in the military after 9/11. If just one of them had signed up, maybe he would know that we served on the ground alongside Canadian troops, French troops, troops from the UK, the Danes, the Poles—And you know, they lost a lot of lives there
