While she and NPCs in general won't be spawning in Cobblemon 1.6, addon creators will find them datapackable.

With a Poké Ball, a fishing rod, and Poké Rod Upgrade, you can choose the look of the Poké Rod you fish with!
While the rods, lines, and bobbers are only cosmetic, the berry you use to bait your cast isn't!
