Even if he "did" hack it, they shouldn't be having war meetings on Signal. If his best defense is "the owner of a newspaper hacked us" then that's still incredibly fucking dumb. This whole administration is a joke, and the punchline is on the American people.

I used to love this dumb movie when I was a kid. I was half tempted to show it to my daughter after the recent Mario movie came out, but she wouldn't understand why it's awesome.
