We’ve done this with a trifle before and it was spectacular. Chocolate sponge drizzled with the finished damson gin, the soaked damsons in a layer over that, blackcurrant jelly, custard and cream. Top with shaved dark chocolate and a few left over damsons. Do not attempt to drive after consumption.😬
