Some work days are just better than others! This 1,500 HA conservation area in BC is currently closed to the public for post fire rehabilitation. I was fortunate through work to experience this rare grassland habitat and what conservation donations can do! #NCC #protectedarea #grassland #endangered

We are stumbling into a large experiment about visitor use in both American and Canadian parks this summer. US parks understaffed and Canadian parks offering free entry. If only the US wasn’t decimating the researchers who could help compare trends and impacts. #nationalparks #visitorusemanagement
