6/ FINDINGS. Per Scholas produced sizable, statistically significant earnings gains in years 2-8 after study entry (see graph). The table shows (i) the earnings gains were 14-15% in years 7-8 and (ii) the cumulative gains over 10y were ~16% ($42,000), vs. the control group.
