Serving in our military is a huge sacrifice mentally, emotionally, and physically! I'm proud to be a descendant of generations of veterans and I'm thankful for my family members that currently serve. Thank you for your courage, your bravery, and your sacrifice!

Haven't posted in a while! Been outside! Long day starting with the Hampton Roads SBDC's Home-Based Business Conference then closing out with EO SE Virginia dinner. Conversations with EO SE VA feel like a piece of home! So glad I found the chapter here! Here's to the weekend and some good rest!

7/10 I missed my 10 year so I DEFINITELY wasn't missing this one! I didn't care if I had to crawl there! Being surrounded by love, laughter, legacy, and those amazing Hampton hugs gave me the soul medicine I needed.

6/10 I also got to tour our beautiful museum, the oldest African-American Museum in the country, of which I had never been in.
