The difference between fitting in and belonging are miles apart and what a difference belonging makes.

It seems, so few did the right thing along the way to their riches. “Trying” to change now would be akin to a standard New Year’s resolution at best. They would also lose their “support network” and their comfort zone. Change can be hard.

Curiosity is such a powerful way to stop judgement’s hold on a situation. ❤️

Two ways I work to manage stress are the 4-7-8 breathing technique done throughout the day and "regular" meditation. I try to use both as practices rather than a break glass in case of emergency.
