Have you considered talking to ex heads who are now in the classroom? There are lots of us!!

Lots of transitions. I also don't track but do share my location with teens. They use it when I am rescuing them to see where I am! No suggestions about managing the stress. When they go to uni, I never know where they are which is less stressful I find.

Lots of food for thought already. I put a lot of my coaching time into sustaining teachers but this book reminds me how to focus on sustaining myself! Thank you.

It looks fascinating. I'm a coach working in school to support teacher development and well being. Also class teaching after many years so looks good for me and those I'm coaching.
