So….let’s hypothetically say that a runner is on 1st, while the 10th Batter is AB. The count is let’s say 2-2 with 2 out and the runner tries to steal 2nd (on the pitch that ends up being a ball) and they are thrown out to end the inning. It’s not an official AB, so they can’t compete your circle.

I don’t think the starting pitcher has that much say in what they wear. I know they can pick, but Jays Red Canada Day jerseys are a special request and the late 2000’s Jays jersey is not approved for the 2023 season.
However I’m a huge fan of the Late 00’s black Jays Jersey. 👍

No. I don’t think so. Then you will have warm weather places with roofs like Texas doing the same. It will become more of a joke than an even playing field.
Even the visiting teams to RC are hitting less homeruns this year.
Maybe after the 3 year sample size they can evaluate again.
