It would be super easy to just have ai search for the most liked picture, copy paste the text into a prompt, and just like that our entire corner of the photography world is completely and irreversibly saturated

It’s a cool idea but as others have mentioned, it just makes it significantly easier for AI to mass generate content. I would basically be writing an AI prompt for it to make my picture..

that begs the question of whether the auroras causing power lines to chirp is actually auroras making noise - or whether auroras causing things to make noise is just a thing making a noise. Aurora sounds have also been attributed to strong inversions and a popping sound, but that’s even more rare!

It’s hard because there’s a lot of speculation about aurora sounds/what they sound like/how they occur, but realistically the auroras do not make noise unless it’s under some set of very specific circumstances! One of them I’ve experienced personally is power lines buzzing/chirping from the auroras

this one is a time lapse :) I post real time as well though! they’re two different styles - time lapses aren’t just sped up videos in the aurora world! video sort of requires different types of cameras capable of high frame rates in lowlight
