Also, now that new faculty bootcamp is done, couldn’t think of a better way to kickoff the official start of @atscommunity.bsky.social than with a lovely 8.5 mi out and back from the conference center to the Golden Gate Bridge :)

A few days late but while it may have been way too hot, and an injury around miles 8-10 meant a lot of walking the back half of the course, we still finished an absolutely beautiful day! #Running #London #Marathon #Charity

Longest long run before London. Ran seven miles to join up with the start line of a half marathon. Now time for some DVT ppx and onto the taper :) #Running #LondonMarathon

Got really sore and cramped near the end, but if I can somehow manage to keep this pace in 5 weeks for 10 more miles, I may actually be able to break sub-5hr at London! #Running

Choosing to spread positivity on today’s feed. Was nervous about developing plantar fasciitis. Changed yesterday’s tempo to an easy run, switched up the shoes, and took down 13.5 mi pain free today! #Running

Every day brings a new assault upon our institutions, but I did just get a new pair of daily trainers on sale. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

This NYE officially marks the start of my training block for the London Marathon. So grateful to be privileged to run, raise funds for lung health, and hopefully experience the joy of crossing Tower Bridge :)

Here the ground glass has a significant component of interlobular septal thickening, a pattern referred to as crazy paving. While this doesn’t take away from our initial differential, it certainly adds things to think about such as PAP or DAH. Here’s a nice differential courtesy of ATS.
