Sister Rumiko and Mrs. Cecilia Noriko introduced us to the Ainu, a community similar to the Innu on Quebec's North Shore. They are the Indigenous people of Japan, and their history is marked by deportation, assimilation and centuries of invisibility. #CNDSisters
