He's been in trouble for the past 5 years. He's been close to do jail time. He's been "ended" for the past 10 years, often in BIG YELLOW fonts. Yet, he's still POTUS and acting as a king.

My understanding is that despite the vote, Trump will still have a veto which can only be overridden by 2/3 of both Senate and House.
