my collective has janky old laptops (for compatibility reasons lol) to make masters using digital files. I use the same process mentioned earlier in this thread for procreate drawings and export separations from Adobe Illustrator for vector art.

this is pretty accurate! from a file setup standpoint riso and screen printing are almost identical, but riso basically automates the process of making a stencil (aka master) and wraps it around an ink drum. riso can also handle finer detail and uses different ink. so finicky though!

anyway, welcome to my kitchen. the appliances are slightly less confused now.
