We recently held our final inaugural lecture showcase of the year featuring talks from Professors Joris Veltman and Charlie Lees from our Institute of Genetics and Cancer.

Veltman is tackling male infertility through advanced genomics, while Lees is enhancing IBD treatment with AI and datasets.

New results from the world’s largest genetic study of ME/CFS, DecodeMe, have identified eight key areas of DNA that differ in people with the condition, offering the first strong evidence that genetics play a role in its development.
