My theory is it is a top down decision to be much more physical than the mens game as a need to “prove themselves” as worthy of attention.

Anecdotally, the number of FMLA leaves are massive. These workers across the Fed are being harassed and it’s impacting them mentally in a big way.

Oooh I love that. I’m from Sacramento and we loooove our city but will also be totally okay if an outsider doesn’t like it. It’s not flashy. You have to spend time here to get to know it. I think we fall into a triple A version of Portland and a double/single-A version of LA
