Total Y-BOCS-II scores were compared against Clinical Global Impression-Severity scores (1-7). Suggested benchmarks were: 0-14 (non/subclinical), 15-21 (mild), 22-34 (moderate), and 35-50 (severe). These were similar across gender and age groups /4

There was a large effect overall for preference of JB-ERP over overcorrection hierarchies, including greater willingness to try exposures, greater perceived effectiveness, greater relevance, and perceiving as less derogatory or disrespectful to the target identity /5
