I find that due to gender segregation in jobs and work tasks, women experience technical control more negatively. I therefore argue that the introduction of technological control into entry-level white-collar work turns gendered disparities in work tasks into inequality in employment experiences

Of course, another version of the famous phrase "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect"

I agree, but I wouldn't discount similar processes happening in blue states.
