First wheat sourdough bread turned out better than expected 🥹 wheat was a bit more interesting to bulk ferment but it got much more sour than bread flour typically does!

2 more loaves headed into the fridge to hang out for ~48 hours. I think this is close to getting a liiiittle out of hand but we all have to survive somehow ok

I am still not entirely sure how I want to use this platform but if you are also feeling a sense of existential despair in these trying times, can I recommend baking?
