If you have not gotten this far yet, Zotero 6 is an excellent research tool. You can import all sorts of sources (books, web pages, et al) into it, annotate and note take there, and then import into Obsidian via the Zotero Connector (community plugin) for some very sophisticated workflows.

Which is to say frivolous lawsuits against copyright holders upon whose works one has based one's fan fiction are risky.

The moment one is 'right' or 'arrives', one becomes wrong and adrift.

Depends on what narrative one subscribes to. We seem to be narrative driven, so that doesn't seem optional. Important to pick the right none and be sure to originate it rather than simply receiving it and accepting it from external sources.

Being of human origin is not the same as being an extension of humanism, but I take your meaning in a metaphysical sense.

I am nowhere near as eloquent as you on the topic ...

Not what I expected at all, but loved it.

ennui doesn't get as much press as it used to...

What do you think of the second season?

That's a creepy one.

I'm waiting for this version:

It depends on how old you are. That is an insurgent idea that only really took off in the late 70s / early 80s. People (especially artists) didn't used to be viewed primarily as part of a collective identity.

It is basically a tablet, but with e-ink and a great note taking experience. I have 3-4 of them. Waiting for the next version of the color screen, though this one is pretty good...

That is the postmodern take, yes. It is still possible to be a thought leader, instead of a thought follower, though I agree it is out of fashion.

Well no one can say you only go half-way. Fantastic!

Consider that with this sort of scene the dust can be thought of as part of the experience?

I would like to see more of the piece in the upper left corner, and to know where you got that horned bust in the center, if you don't mind sharing.

Art certainly can be expressed through an ideological frame, but I wouldn't have thought it has to be.

In this case there is an ideological expression that exists separate from the aims of storytelling.

It is sometimes coupled with statements during promotional events that seek to re-enforce.

Sounds like you just committed to a triptych! 😁

In response to Casimulus.

This being said, I would think that the majority of what is perceived is not conceptualised. That is rather the point of the mind-an efficient forgetting process.

Not particularly. Care to expand? or expound?
