The Christmas Store gives CMHA clients the opportunity to "shop" at no cost for gifts for their loved ones. A team of cheerful elves welcomes guests, helps them select gifts and wraps them so they're ready to be placed under the tree.

In Ontario, 35 per cent of trans people seriously considered suicide in the past year. Eleven per cent attempted. Twelve per cent used one or more high-risk illicit drugs.

This year, the Trans Deaths Monitoring Report recorded over 350 trans people globally whose deaths were reported between October 2024 and October 2025. Many more were never counted. Each loss represents a life loved, a community grieving and a story cut short.

In August 2015, Grey Bruce Public Health launched The Naloxone Program in partnership with the Ministry of Health, so that Ontarian's can help those experiencing an overdose. Naloxone is a drug that can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose.

In Grey Bruce, of the 22 reported overdoses between July and September 2025, Naloxone was used in 18 of the 22 reported overdoses and was successful in reversing the overdose every. single. time. That's a 100% success rate.
