One tower with 300 apartments and a grocery and theater on ground level.

Second tower with a moderate boutique hotel and event space.

Third tower with restaurants and retail and commercial/We Work space.

Fourth Tower with a distillery, art studios, thrift shop, etc.

The site is truly massive and could easily support four 10+ story mixed-use and mixed-income buildings with incorporated parking garages. I'm thinking Willow Apt building meets One Park Plaza meets Paris Town. There are plenty of places like that in Cinci, Indi, Nashville, etc.

I think any consequential development there would result in at least short term closure of every service on site. But I don't see why a redev couldn't have a very successful grocery, movie theater, library, and thrift shop along with 100s of apartments, condos, hotel units and higher end retail.

Extremely unfortunate. I hope that someone who lives and is invested in the neighborhood plays a major role in the purchasing group. This piece of property has the opportunity to propel the neighborhood forward or really set us back decades. Would hate to see it sit empty for the next 5+ years.
