I am a strong advocate for Universal Basic Income. I think that money is best spent as an investment in people, up-front, to afford them the freedom to explore their potential and live with dignity. Presently, we treat money as a reward, as Chuck-E-Cheese tickets we get for being Good at Work.

cringe, as an idea, is a dead end. it’s a means of writing off sincerity and earnestness in pursuit of some ill-defined concept of above-it-all cool. letting it help define online culture was a mistake. if you view everything as cringe, you are living an empty life
Honestly I think people are too quick to use the word cringe. To me, cringe is when I’m a little secondhand embarrassed but it’s ultimately harmless. Nothing cringe about millions of people wanting to speak out
