You can only buy it once per account but its unlocked once you've bought it. You get an insta-deploy one and then you build them the old fashioned way thereafter.

We've had it specifically confirmed from Fdev BEFORE we made the video yesterday that there were no *current* plans to ever remove the Dodec from paid access only.
