I knew about the lack of public access but the plan for a cathedral is wild. The parish where I grew up was established in the 70s. The PP wanted to use the most scenic park to build his church. Didn't get his way.

I think it’s different in one respect: in the case of the web, investors overestimated bad businesses. In the case of LLMs, they’re overestimating the potential ability of the tech itself.
