It continues to seem like the new city commission needs to learn to work together instead of against each other. Trust and collaboration make work a whole lot more productive and enjoyable.

Please be specific about the funding approach for this. If it’s expected to drive a new or additional taxes it’s a non starter, Portland taxes are already out of control.
