I don’t think you think I am, really. I think you know I’m right and now you don’t know what to do. I think you’re probably a nice, kind bloke but perhaps just aren’t used to thinking about things from other perspectives. It’s good to hear other views and maybe change our minds sometimes 👍👍

But if this man, her boss, was allowed to force a kiss on her, an athlete representing her country at the highest level, It tells people that this behaviour is OK, and it emboldens them- That’s what’s we mean when we talk about ‘rape culture’. None of it is OK, it doesn’t have to be one or the other

Literally no one mentioned rape - he’s not getting accused of rape. Crazy how your imagination has led you to think that, but at the same time doesn’t extend to imagining how humiliating it must have been for her. Why do you think you are more willing to feel sorry for him, than her?
