There is a lot of drop off on down ballot races. Moving mayoral elections to even years wouldn’t guarantee more people voting for mayor.

I enjoyed the books very much. I’m debating now which series of your other books to start, the only thing holding me back is I’m afraid once I start I’ll have to read the whole series to the neglect of other things I need to do.

And then I read Crusader and King to finish the trilogy.
