I've been living in the UK for 8 years... my visa renews in 16 months, & my passport expires in 2½ years. Yikes.

Sometimes, the 'no contact' is SO complete that children never realise the parent they have cut off has changed. I regret every moment of every day the things I said to my kids & they will never know or reach out since they are convinced I am a liar. How do I fix that? They won't listen to anyone.

Hadn't anyone realised that Reform jumps on whatever unhappy bandwagon that passes in front of them in hopes they will get more voters? 20mph? Pylons? What's next, Independence? They are LYING!

SO glad you pointed that out. The amount of sheer... BS coming out of the WH, including this prevaricating pipsqueak, is beyond comprehension. I'm screaming at the telly & it's the BBC! I SO wish they would quit running the updates live... it needs its very own fact-checking to run along the bottom.
