Of course not. My point, as I’ve been saying yesterday and I still stand by; it’s still premature to say the FAA nightmare is or isn’t a factor. People are quick to say “it was in Canada”, but this is a US crew on a US airline following FAA maintenance regs too. FAA matters here more than Canada reg

Might want to look at the latest up close landing video, the crew should be praised for getting everyone out, but the pilot landed hard with no flare which collapsed the right landing gear and flipped the plane. Conditions weren’t the cause

That is factually incorrect - Depending on what the issue was; US airline, US crew, US departure = abiding by FAA regs. Newsflash: whose responsibility do you think pilot error is here if that is deemed the cause? 😉
