One night, on The Rachel Maddow show they said DOJ (I think that was the department) sent out 20 letters to people we all know, investigating them. I think they said Chuck Shumer was one of them. Right after that he voted yes. I could be wrong...I could have this mixed up. Does anyone remember this?
