I'll try to add it! I'm a bit less sure which type the attached tree is... I think it's an Arran Service Tree, but had a very varied set of leaves!

I believe that this is the closely related (and also very rare) Arran Whitebeam which grows very close by...

This is one of a few standing stones in Brodick (this is in the grounds of the castle). I always wonder about the significance of this group being on the other side of the island along a valley that leads to the better known Machrie stones. #standingstonesunday #arran #prehistory #scotland

Not quite #StandintStoneSunday, but these are some of the amazing ancient carvings in the King's Cave near Machrie, Arran. I understand that the animals are likely from the Iron Age, the Ring marking neolithic and both the Ogham and stylised serpents are viking, so a good mix of eras.
