Notes: I used Kielbasa as my sausage of choice, but this was a solid dish!

Notes: Make sure to cook the bacon prior to baking the quiche! I made the small mistake of baking the bacon while the quiche was baking!

Notes: Surprisingly, not as thick as the canned soup, perhaps it's the velouté aspect of this soup!

Notes: This is *very* garlicky! Like, 1 head of garlic (12 cloves) for 2L of Soup! Still, this is a very healthy soup!

Notes: I used oxtail in the brown stock, and I made my own bread from scratch! I definitely made this challenging for myself, haha! Still, I'd recommend it!

Notes: Adding spices and broth to the rice was something that I've never considered! I encourage mixing different spices into this dish!
