We had friends giving last night and I'm disappointed I only took 2 pictures of the prep lol.
Made a turkey and a couple of carrot souffles and some gravy when I got there. Everyone liked them! And the turkey is a good primer for when we do our actual thanksgiving

Made some pasta pseudo-romanesca and also tried frying some zucchini
Not my best work, but the sauce was really good. Need to try some alternative methods to try and get the Zucchini less mushy

Finally did some unique cooking. Honestly the first time making Salisbury steak. Been so long I forgot to take more pics 🥩
Most disappointing part is that the garlic bread from the store was moldy because I waited too long to make it :(
