Ugh, I feel for you. It sounds like some of my work Christmas dos. Always at the busiest time of year & usually after a whole day of team building exercises or brainstorming. A pro tip I learnt from a colleague a few years ago… choose Tequila as your karaoke song & there is minimal actual singing!

I had a similar experience at work today and keep running through what they said over and over in my head. I really feel for you Mand, it’s a rubbish feeling which will hopefully go away soon. You are great & clearly very passionate about all you do. They don’t deserve you. Sending a hug & a brew.

I love being outside in windy weather. There’s no controlling it and I feel like the Earth is reminding us of our place. It makes me feel alive.
